Walking With The Wounded (WWTW) has launched a new pilot programme designed to help reach and support the most complex mental health needs veterans, their families and carers.  The Northern Care Coordination Partnership (NCCP) is one of the seven programmes awarded by the Armed Forces Convenient Fund Trust across the country.  These projects form the Serious Stress project. WWTW has created the NCCP across Greater Manchester and a large proportion of the North East as part of their veteran’s hub model.

Working with delivery organisations across the regions, the Support Care Coordinators will intensively work with each client to encourage a positive approach to their individual journey of change. Supporting each client in many different ways such as sourcing therapy, improving social isolation and advising on the best support available with debt and housing issues.
